Return and Refund Policy for Brazilian Salt
1. Introduction
At Brazilian Salt, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@braziliansalt.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) and include a copy of the RA email. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund through PayPal.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please check your PayPal account again.
- If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@braziliansalt.com with your order number and details about the product condition. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refunded amount.
